If customer have the drawing, which includes the dimensions, materials, special requirements, we’ll make the production artwork for their approval based on the workcraft feasibility, then we can make the mold of they confirm our artwork;

If customer have no drawing, but have sample, then a sample need to be sent to our engineer, then we will gauge dimensions, and make a drawing for their approval. We’ll make a mold according to the confirmed artwork;

Sometimes, customer will make a sample mold, which is smaller and cost less, Just for making samples. Sometimes, customer make a big mold directly, for both making samples and mass production.

The mold usually made by steel. We promise the mold can be used for 100,000 times in 10 years. If there are some problems during the guarantee period, our company will pay for the repairs or remake.

After mold making, we will test the mold. If the mold is ok, we’ll make physical samples for our customers’ approval. Our engineer will measure the sizes of the samples and test the hardness and so on, to make sure the samples are good quality. Then we send the samples to our customer for testing.

After samples confirmed, we will start mass production. The production flow as bellow: Raw Material Testing → Prescribe → Mixing Material → Cutting Material → First Par Inspection → Casual Inspection → Burr Dealing → 100% Eyes Inspection → FQC → Packing → Shipment.

Then we will ship our goods, small quantity, usually by express transport , such as FedEx , DHL, TNT, UPS, or by air. If large quantity, usually by Sea or Railway transportion.（custom rubber seals）
